    @jesusjue It’s the name of the sub? There’s plenty of weight loss subs that would suit needs better. I don’t go into a houseplant sub talking about my dog and then complain that that sub should be whatever I need it to be.

    @christina65 Yes, this should be a space for people to discuss their goals and objectives… as related to FITNESS. Weight loss and fitness are not one and the same, and so many people here post strictly about weight loss or admit that they do not exercise at all.

    @connecttojesuscom Following Peloton instructors and athletes instead of influencers on instagram has been so beneficial for my own body image. Seeing strong people do awesome stuff is really inspiring.

    @michellelovesjay I think a lot of the people in this sub are underage girls, and a lot of people with body dysmorphia or borderline disordered fitness behaviors.

    @huk945 I was a 34G and after losing 45 pounds, I’m a 34DDD. I’m at about 160 now and I didn’t notice any fit issues until the last 10 pounds or so.

    @alexa0225 If you have access to Dave’s Killer Bread, I’d recommend that! The seeds and grains bread has 5 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber per slice and really helps boost my breakfasts and lunches.

    Gym leggings

    @cmoi I love Athleta, and have had the same pieces work for me at 200 pounds and at 170 pounds. Their petite sizing is really good and their leggings can hold up to any kind of exercise. I’ve had pieces that have lasted me 6-7 years and the quality has remained consistent over the years.

    @kaylarose3 If you have a short inseam, you might have problems with Lululemon. Their shorter lengths are the right length for me but the gaping at the ankles is really frustrating. I like Athleta.
