    @endalldisease The app is good, since it has links to videos of the exercises. The first time I did it, I actually read the whole thing then when I had questions I would stop, research, and continue. It took me about an hour and fifteen minutes.

    @endalldisease Just try it and find out! Probably the body line drills will surprise you with how hard they are at first. Just don't do dips and pullups before the routine recommends :)
