    @sofialo09 I would recommend integrating as much biking, hiking, and swimming as you can over running. I hope you love it- I run a lot (~40 miles a week for the last 6 years) and its a big part of who I am. That said, it's a huge grind at the beginning and has a high injury risk, so be careful...
