    @siphosethu 5”10 2 meals a day. A wrap or chicken wings in the morning and rice and another fit of meat and vegetables in the evening Gym 3 times a week No sugary snacks or crisp

    But I’m not seeing any gains at the gym. From my research I assume I need more protein and calories to see progress. Right not I get like 1500cals. I take no supplements
