    @zach2 In my experience, and opinion, it takes quite some time before you notice changes that make you go ˝I've put on some lean muscle˝ when lifting naturally. That becomes ever so true for people who start out with a tall and relatively slender frame. I'm kinda similar to you, 6'2'' (188cm)...
