    @megj Hi OP. I’ll be honest with you, you’re eating too much carbs. Especially carbs na super bad for PCOS (white bread, white rice, pasta). Keep up with your walking routine for now till you lose more weight, then mix it up with running. Most importantly, you need to change your eating habits...
