    What explanation could there be for simultaneous regression/stagnation on lower rep(4-6) and progression on higher rep(7-12) ranges?

    @cheapphenonline It's incredibly straightforward: Adding a rep going from 4 reps to 5 is a 25% increase in effort. Adding a rep going from 10 to 11 is a 10% increase in effort.

    Are weighted pull ups even worth it?
