    BCAA d r i n k~

@drechsler532 Change Trainer immediately. Such people will cause you more harm once they know you are not falling for their bait( buying worthless supplements from him/her).

    How to spot Fake natty

Noted different POV's. If the client is gullible/ less informative, the trainer can surely manipulate. Fortunately I never came across such people and importantly I was clear in what I wanted, so that helped too.

    How to spot Fake natty

@sherri1263 What is your motive behind knowing if the trainer is enhanced or Natural? Let them be on their own trip. How is that related to the supplements prescribed to your father? If you could post what he is pushing, that would help.

    Eating boiled eggs sucks....

@lastounceofhope Eat them when you are hungry and not as a breakfast ritual. Pop 1 or 2 at a time and spread the consumption throughout the day. Will act as an in between snack and filler. I have them in office around 11 am with my coffee as I have pre-lunch hunger at that time. 3 eggs and 1...

Had a disaster at the gym

@jesus4ever :-) It is the portion that holds the spine and abdominal muscles. When you suck your breath in, the internals that helps you hold on to your breath beyond your lungs. P.S. This is a very crude and non-technical explanation.

Had a disaster at the gym

@jesus4ever Forget the word Abs and concentrate on your core, which is the foundation of all exercises. When doing exercises like Bicep curl or even lat raises, etc. make sure your core is also used/braced/engaged. That is the main reason why the belt is to be used. It is not for protecting...

This is how imported WPI raw looks like

@tparkinson012 Why not, it is just a milk powder. My 10 year old has 15 gms when she comes back from her training. If kids can have crap like Bournvita and Horlicks, this is much better.

This is how imported WPI raw looks like

@tadhg I couldn't source the direct importers for Davisco. Glanbia India doesn't respond and doesn't care for 1 bag sale and similar response from others when they hear about the abysmal requirement . This was what I could manage via known sources:-)

This is how imported WPI raw looks like

@tadhg The rates just keep on increasing. My last purchase was Arla WPI a few years ago at 950/kg. The rates displayed on Indiamart etc are excluding GST and delivery but yes 1500~1600/kg would have been ideal.

This is how imported WPI raw looks like

@lamarcook They could be "managing" or the supplier from USA must be able to provide the Vet certificate as required by India or the concerned person here must be a MB athlete and/or getting his lifetime supply of Supplements from MB. 🫠

This is how imported WPI raw looks like

@lamarcook Ok, so for your peace of mind.....when Milk or Milk Products are imported in India the Importer has to apply for a Sanitary Import Permit which is issued by the Department of Animal Husbandry( DAHD). Once that is in place they can import. On the Sanitary Import Permit( SIP) the...

This is how imported WPI raw looks like

This is what 'Indian companies' use when rebranding their 'Indian' Product by adding flavours and Additives and calling it Whey sourced from Europe/America.( Other than Amul and Avvatar that I know of). Got my half yearly stash at around 1850/- per kg.of raw WPI with Sunflower Lecithin. This...

Whey protein for beginners, please suggest!

@martina1 I am an unflavoured Whey propaganda'ist :-). Why not Raw/Unflavoured Protein? Rather than consuming fillers and artificial flavours , mix your own artificial flavours in unflavoured protein. You can buy a variety of food flavours or one day with chocolate syrup the next with...
