    @chihwahli Ohh sorry, late response. Not really, I was generally super gassed by it so around the middle and end I added some days with other things. Most the time I would throw a burner set I'm for chest, back to quads

    Lost about 10lbs, rear posterior chain and forearms bulked up a bit. Super monotonous workouts. I just did 20x25 with a 70lb kettlebell. I suggest podcasts lol. Workouts went from a gassed 45min to 28. ~55 reps added (squat, renegade row with push up) I feel great, I’m going to stay with...
