    Does anybody else have a certain weight that they get stuck on and it's so hard to break below? How do I get past it?

    @yommie Yes, I was stuck on a certain way and no amount of extra workouts fixed it (I even worked out 5-6 time a week for 6 weeks). What helped me was to change my diet to 8-16 fasting. It took a few weeks but there is a significant change :)
