Does aging really contribute to weight gain/loss of muscle?

@xene19 Most studies recently have come to the conclusion weight gain is not due to age it’s to becoming more sedentary. Example: instead of going out and doing a bunch of stuff with friends many days a week of not all you stay behind the desk and work longer. Eat same calories, but less active.

Is my cardio routine efficient for weight loss?

@servant52 Just walking the dog around the neighborhood… going to get coffee as a walk instead of driving making the huge loop back to my house and walking around the neighborhood school track a few times then back home. Is my cardio routine efficient for weight loss?

@servant52 If you are worried about burn out or being tired just go for a walk. It burns calories and extremely easy to recover from. Example I can go for a 12 mile walk(granted will take me 4 hours) and do it again the next day with zero issues. I try to run 12 miles I will be out for a few days.

I need help deciding if this workout should only be done once a week or if I lack a high fitness levellevel

@swan617 Do it as much as you can when recovered. Nothing needs a x days a week. When your muscles are not sore do it again. If sore don’t do it. With that being said HIIT is bullshit and really much better methods of exercise, but do you and whatever you like and keeps you motivated

What do you do when you miss a workout?

@mdhess For me I will decide if I want one or two days of rest on how I am feeling. Feeling well just next day starts day 1. Not the best next day is just the next workout, personally.
