    Treadmill workout

    @mlenadc I'll try this this week! Been incline walking on a treadmill since I injured my tendon climbing and needed something to do so I don't go stir-crazy, but it's boring at 15 degrees at 3-3.2mph for like half an hour, and then a two mile ish run after.

    Pre Workout

    @lil_worried I used to take pre-workout before climbing and it was an absolute awful time getting off it (I used to have shitty days when I forgot/didn't take it and I didn't like that dependency). I am just fine without it... Sometimes if I'm extra tired or unmotivated, I'll drink some coffee...
