    I’m 38. I’ve been told I won’t get to what I was even when I was 34

@supernova1044 I'm 44 and started lifting a couple of years ago. I'm in better shape now than I was in my 30s, I probably even have a better muscle to fat ratio than I did in my 20s when I didn't work out. As long as you're consistent you'll get there. Add in strength training and you'll see...

    4'9" and i hate it

@rily Most of the tools we use to assess bodies fail to account for breasts. Bmi and measuring body fat don't account for it at all. I'm 5'2", about 124 lbs, 34 DD and about 30% body fat from last time I went.....I'm like hey can we do some adjustments for these boobs here bc they're several...

Want to try Caroline Girvan videos

@soul5 Iron is great, no hiit days and most like traditional strength training. I also like epic 3 and Endgame but I just skip hiit days.

Weight lifting makes me irritable (but running doesn’t)

@hopeeternal If you follow along with a CGs program it will be very balanced and structured, she makes sure to hit every part of the body.....it's the same moves you'd be doing in a rep based program, it's just time based. The progressive overload will come from increasing your weights over time.

Weight lifting makes me irritable (but running doesn’t)

@hopeeternal Have you tried something with shorter rests? Like a Caroline Girvan style workout on YouTube? Might be enough distraction looking at the TV that you don't get lost in your own head/ feelings. I'm not a runner, hate it in fact, but I feel like the pace of her workouts might give a...

Input requested: I feel like I have plateaued….how do I strengthen and lose fat?

@songasmith You're talking about a very low body fat percentage, that's hard to achieve. The only thing that jumps out at me is increasing your training if you want to get there. 11.5 is good but probably not enough to get there. I notice you drink the fairlife protein shakes.... what are...
