    @chibimaddy i can't leave the room - i can order groceries, and i do have a bar fridge and a microwave. I don't think I'll be able to order large equipment, but someone mentioned resistance bands which i ordered last night (although I don't know how to use them)

    @artemishan1995 i feel like burpees mix squat jumps and pushups which are already in the program, I guess I'm mostly trying to get some localized training on different days to avoid overloading some muscle groups
