    Does anybody else have a certain weight that they get stuck on and it's so hard to break below? How do I get past it?

    @dawn16 This is so weird, I noticed the same thing. I was stuck at 145 for like 3 weeks and then just was like whatever ate deep dish pizza one day and a cheese burger the next. Just like completely relaxed my diet for a weekend and gained a few pounds, then when I went back to my normal routine...
