    @lachachita I used to use Huel Protein powder and I absolutely loved it! It’s super smooth and has a great flavour too! I haven’t tried the ‘Switch Protein’ so I don’t know how it holds up against that.

    @mybridges I’ve been working out for around 2 years and haven’t plateaued (yet). I completely agree with what you’re saying though, my recovery times and overall gains might be less than if I increased my protein intake.

    @thisisme123 You say you can't run any further, but you can, physically your body will be able to run MUCH further than that, I guarantee you. It's your mind that's stopping you. Push yourself harder and you will run further.

    @smm Damn, that's a LOT of protein. I'm 105KG and I have been making good progress on around 80-120g of protein a day, not to say that it's optimal but 2g per KG of body weight is A LOT!
