    @qularterly Usually based on what? I could do 8 clean muscle ups no kipping or bringings legs up, straight legs (pause at the bottom as well to limit momentum), but I could only do 12 pull ups in a row (a year ago). Probably because I'm more explosive. I also do muscle ups the chris heria way...
