    @dawn16 Haha yes im short! I'm 5'0 and eating at a slight deficit for weight loss. I'm definitely satiated and paying attention to my macros and focused on eating mostly whole foods.

    @dawn16 I discovered this "trick" inadvertently one day when I went food-happy and went over my limit. I've tried it a few times since then and it's worked every time to get me out of my plateau. I don't go too much over though. My average daily intake is 1200 calories, so one day I might do...
