    @johnb445 I bought resistance bands from Amazon. They came in a pack of 3 I believe. I started with the thickest band and did 10 assisted pull-ups as part of my warmup. I did this about 4x/week). Changed the band as I started to see more reps become easier and easier. You got this!!!
