When I have to do a bunch of pushups in a workout, I like to do eccentric push-ups: knees down on the way up and full push-up form to slowly lower myself back down.     @billard I haven't used Garmin in particular, but in my experience, calorie estimators aren't super accurate and tend to underestimate if anything. My Whoop fitness tracker usually has me around 1800 calories burned per day (1500 if I don't work out and 2000 if I go more intense and/or longer...

    @rgw00 Great job! I think it's important to celebrate all milestones even if they're small. That helps you stay motivated! I could never run more than about a mile before I started Crossfit and it's helped me so much with my endurance. I'm not fast, but I can run 4 miles now!
