    @edgeofhaven Sure! What I mean is that I have my back on the ground and my feet are on a box or bench. Then, I really focus on driving my heels into the box/bench when I thrust.

    @babyfacedave This is such a good list! Captain Morgan’s are brand new to me. With glute bridges, I’ve found that adding elevation makes them burn SO MUCH more than the traditional way.
