    @jacksoncris How much did you eat before lifting, do you know? You could look into intermittent fasting? Or a slow reduction of caloric intake.

    @brothergee Fake it until you make it, as they say. Hip thrusts will always be awkward though if I'm staring forward and someone is just there.
