    8:30 mile testing

    @oldgringo If you are trying to get an accurate mile time you'll want to just run it outside or on a measured track. Treadmills can be all over the place with calibration being off and so many people using them, you're going to get different results on each one you use.

    @conner I check out the research and studies and figure out what doesn't have all the junk and fillers in it, this was especially important when choosing a protein powder for me.

    @kimberlystambaugh Sounds like rock climbing, first few times I went with my climbing friend I discovered muscles in areas I never knew existed because I was so sore, lol.
