    @sinbad2014 I don't know if this applies to you too, but I feel like since I've had more core strength and ab muscles, the pudge is less noticeable and I bloat less. It's like my abs give me better posture and make it seem a bit more tight when I put on weight there.

    Workouts for REALLY weak woman?

    @dianad373 I started off doing strength exercises with yoga! They're usually pretty straightforward and easily modified. Then when you feel more confident you can do more difficult work.
