    Am I overtraining or training improperly

    @ista Looks fine. Work on recovery aids- good sleep, diet and hydration.not sure your age but listen to your body. You will know burn out if it hits you. I can go 6 days a week for about 6 weeks then notice i need to dial back so ill alternate in an occasional week with 3-4days of lifting
