    @karenyk78 And virtually no effort, either! Just mash 'em together, throw cinnamon at it, and put in the microwave until it reaches the desired consistency or your spouse yells at you for making the apartment smell like bananas - usually about 1-3 minutes.

    @wif9afda It's absolutely inertia for me. I eat healthiest when I don't leave the house pretty much. The only thing that I do make sure I always have is a jar of unsweetened peanut butter and bananas, that's my designated "midnight snack" food.
