    @unhappymale Yeah, more calories. I'm 5'8" and trying to lose 20 or so more pounds. I'm eating 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day, doing hard cardio 3x a week, and generally losing about 4 pounds a month. So I'm shorter, less active, and intentionally eating at a pretty big deficit. You might...
