    Fit/active women of Reddit, what’s your weekly exercise routine like?

    @acco340 Pre-COVID I was doing strength trying 4x/week and HIIT (strength-based) 1-2x/week. Since COVID I’ve had to work from home. Since last year I’ve been doing Caroline Girvan’s stuff (5 days/week). Recently I’m trying to get back into swimming 2x/week.

    School Fitness/Testing in your country

    @heartofberries I loathed the Presidential Fitness Test mainly for the mile run that we had to perform. I hated running and still do. It was awful. As for the other tests (situps/pullups/sit&reach) let's just say I didn't receive the award for doing well. Test me today and I can do better...

    Does anybody else have a certain weight that they get stuck on and it's so hard to break below? How do I get past it?

    Tips for working out first thing in the morning?

    @kingshellie My one suggestion I tell everyone is - get out of bed immediately. Do not linger. Do not hit snooze. Get. Out. Of. Bed. Once you're up and moving around, it definitely helps. Not sure how you are about caffeine, but I am a proponent of pre-workouts, or even just a cup of coffee...

    Pre Workout

    @lil_worried I use it before my workouts since I wake up at 5am for a 6am workout. My weekend workouts happen without pre-workout and I feel fine doing them. I take it the recommended 20-30 minutes before my workouts. You could also do black coffee as an alternative!
