@chris999 Bosses who give a shit about their employees are the best bosses. Also are you hiring?

I Was Fired from a Fitness Studio for Not Being Active Enough

@lindilindi If you want your employees to keep their personal life personal, you shouldn't be friends with them on Facebook.

@seekinganswersinlife Wow so most people say that they feel Fitbit overestimates but looking at your log it seems they underestimate! Interesting. Which Fitbit do you have?

@bevinluvwithjesus Welcome to America, where the employers don't care about the employees and half the country thinks that's the way it should be!

I Was Fired from a Fitness Studio for Not Being Active Enough

@bevinluvwithjesus In America, in nearly every state you can be fired at any time for any reason as long as it isn't a protected class (race, religion, etc.) She has no recourse whatsoever.

TDEE tracker you may find useful

@seekinganswersinlife I feel like I'm going crazy. I've tried it in Google Sheets and Numbers, entered in all my stats, but nothing seems to populate correctly.

    What's your "I know I should(n't) be doing this"?

@arpaxad Ohh, gotcha. I thought you were basically saying that being really flexible isn’t great either.

    What's your "I know I should(n't) be doing this"?

@arpaxad That’s not really the same kind of thing as just being regularly flexible though. Your problem comes with it’s own host of issues. I would have many less issues with pain, my back problems, etc. if I would just stretch more.

    What's your "I know I should(n't) be doing this"?

@brianhex Flexibility. I can't come close to touching my toes. I know I need to stretch more and probably incorporate some yoga but I just....don't.

Tips for increasing time in the sauna?

@goddog Just be careful because some bluetooth headphones (maybe all, I'm not sure) don't do well in saunas either. They can overheat like phones do. I know my Jaybirds were always really really hot when I'd leave the sauna and it made me nervous.
