    @fribus I'd ignore the recommended calorie intakes. They don't account for height or activity level, and are more of a guideline for the general population. Use an online calculator and enter your personal measurements and activity level. That said, if you're only eating once or twice a day...

    @iseetheunseen Genetics are definitely a big factor, especially with that much muscle gain. My dad is slim built/works out all the time so that's probably why it's hard for me. Even when I eat like a pig 😂 really good progress, keep it up and you'll be a beast in no time

    @iseetheunseen That's crazy, how did you gain that much weight in such a little time period without gaining lots of fat? I've been basically bulking for a couple of years now but I'm still a bit slim, and gain fat too quickly compared to muscle
