    @jordan221 Unless you experience digestive issues from your high fruit intake and/or it prevents you from eating enough calories, I wouldn't worry about it.

    @xemketqualode I take the Deva multi every other day, "just in case" but I do take a separate one for D3, omega 3 and calcium (these I take every day).

    Anyone eating relatively high amounts of protein without any farts?

    @straw23 I think you need to write down what you eat and how much you fart. I go through phases where I fart a lot and other phases where I barely have any. I should probably take my own advice to figure out what causes them but...... I don't really mind them lol
