@nickblack You did not deserve that at all and I’m so sorry that stupid man-child took his frustrations out on you. It says everything about him and nothing about you
@tendo You don’t have to do IF to lose weight. As long as you’re eating in a consistent calorie deficit you’re fine. I lost 7kg just from eating in a deficit, you don’t need to worry
@holly All devices that “measure” calories expended are inaccurate. It’s trying to measure internal mechanisms externally. I think it would be best for you to stop looking at the numbers all together, you’re clearly conducting a lot of activity
@bunnylightheart All you need to do to lose weight is eat in a consistent calorie deficit for long enough that you lose the amount of weight you desire. Steps and exercise helps put you in a deeper deficit
@dawn16 It’s usually when you gain weight from increasing muscle mass because your body requires more energy to maintain the muscle. I personally noticed that I was constantly hungry while eating at my maintenance so I slightly increased it and it’s been working well
@shieldofangels This is so real. It especially makes me annoyed when they’re cutting on like 2500 calories. But I am proud that my maintenance has increased significantly over the past few years
@aventador No problem! And your TDEE for moderate sounds a lot more accurate to me based off what you’re doing/body composition. Also glad to hear you’re eating more than 1100 daily
@previouslyseeking The fact that your binging means you’ve been eating in too great of a deficit that isn’t sustainable. Gradual weight loss over time will be maintained as opposed to dropping weight fast
