    @inneed87 Absolutely brainless in this sub. I can guarantee they’ll all be complaining that they’re always hungry and end up experiencing metabolic adaptation. I can’t deal with the ignorance here.

    @charlief90 You shouldn’t be eating as low as 1000 calories. I don’t know how you’re calculating calories expended through exercises as smart watches/machines are extremely inaccurate. Do what I told you to do in my previous comment

    @charlief90 You’ve gained fat because you were from being active to sedentary. Eating in a deficit is more important than energy expended via exercise. Make you you’ve calculated your TDEE and selected your current activity levels, eat 300-500 below this to lose fat
