    @greg67 What's been most effective for increasing reps for me when I plateau has been essentially adding one rep to the first set, then the second set the next workout, then the third set the next workout so workout 1: 6, 6, 6 pull-ups workout 2: 7, 6, 6 pull-ups workout 3: 7, 7, 6 pull-ups...
