    @mjsmom73 In my experience you can do zone 2 running after working out legs, it's not that bad.

    @ann3 I tried doing sets of 30 for standing shoulder press due to a mild wrist injury. After 2 sessions I said F that I'm going down to sets of 20 lol.

    @sharkbait13 I like to do 3 sets of 12 at the end of workouts. I heard about them from Alex Bromley though, he prefers doing them before.

    @sharkbait13 One exercise that tremendously helps me deadlift without pain is reverse hypers, you could try adding that into your workout as well.

    @maygrace According to his site Jeff considers PPL to be for intermediate to advanced lifters. When you're stronger the stimulus to fatigue ratio for squats goes up so that could explain why he programmed so few. In my opinion you could increase your squats and replace the hack squats in leg day...
