    @drechsler532 not at all. there are basically 20 amino acids in nature that contribute to any protein. leucine, isoleucine, and valine are bcaa which contribute a little more to muscle mass than others, hence that product is sold separately. but according to many, one doesn't need to take bcaa...

    @drechsler532 whatever you decide -whether to buy whey, bcaa or not- DO NOT buy it from gym trainers. period. this is a highly adulterated industry in India and the lesser middleman you have the safer. i can bet 100% that your trainer isn't gonna give you anything that is essential for the body...

    @rattikin why not go for other brands in the same price range then? reasons: 1) you won't need to worry about storage or a bad batch of 15kg. 2) you can try out different brands that suit you. i dont know much about spomlek or arla to comment on their quality, but other brands that are tested...

    @rattikin 1850? i thought it would be a lot cheaper. long back I had seen glanbia's provone (ON isolate source ) and avonlac(ON concentrate source) being sold in 20kg bags on ubuy kind of websites. they were a lot cheaper.
