    I’m so tired of hearing “it’s not like they’re going to the games...”

    @devonian Shaving reps in class is toxic? If it's the end of a 15 min AMRAP, I can either spend the last minute getting 3 more pull-ups, or skip the last 5 reps and do 20 air squats instead. Which option is better for my fitness?
