    @hallelujesus2023 Never heard of this technique. I will try it tomorrow. 50-40-…-10 wallballs/abmat sit-up. I normally inhale nostrils in eccentric and then hold the bottom and exhale through concentric. You’re saying constantly in and out. Rate control?

    @godservant777 I have begun to do the same thing. It helps but I’m tracking my heart rate as well and I’m often running mid 170’s.

    @nhla2 Got a chest strap hrm and just started a zone 2 program. I found out the slowest jog (12 min/mile) I can do puts me in zone 3. Hopefully I can change that

    @patim22 My goals are to be fit and healthy. That said competing would be a lot of fun. I’m at least a year out from being competition ready. But it’s good to know that dropping weight is possible without sacrificing performance.

    @anotherklutz Thanks for the encouragement. My goal is to be healthy and fit for a few more decades. You’re probably right; I should stop concerning myself with the leaderboard and just keep improving overall while working on mastering a couple movements at a time.
