    @lucyflor You are looking to increase strength, but you are doing sets for hypertrophy(reps of 10 or 12). If you want to increase from 35 to 40, then you should be doing sets of 3-5. And in your case, you can likely already do that. So the same would hold true when you want to move from 40 to 45.

    @fibo777 Ditch the supplements, measure your food, it looks like you aren’t getting much protein. Eat more protein. Do a lot of walking and zone 2 exercising in between your weight lifting exercise days

    @conroy01 The eggs themselves aren’t a problem but if it’s your only protein source it’s not going to be enough for your daily target of protein. So you’ll need some meat or Greek yogurt or cottage cheese or something to get about 50 more grams

    @gtorre Correct. What the OP wants to do is put on muscle without having a high amount of definition, hence the curve/tone look. She needs to lift weights and eat enough. Probably follow a program by Bret Contreras who specializes in women
