    Those running PHUL, U/L/P/P/L etc. What are you favourite isolation exercises for arms?

    @kennethe62 I switch every 6-8 weeks or so. Triceps: Some type of pushdown (usually rope or v-bar), and lying EZ bar triceps extensions or overhead rope extensions. Biceps: seated DB curl, preacher curl machine, one arm bayesian cable curl, straight bar cable curl are all some favorites.
