    @dikaioumenoi You are eating too many processed foods = high calories. Eggs, and more lean protein and veggies are needed. Cut the rice from a daily meal plan, go for potato if you need something starchy- it’s lower cal.

    Can 3 days in the gym be good enough?

    @luin31 Also an OTFer- at the start of the TC, I started doing 2 regular classes and 3 strength classes a week and I’m getting better results. So maybe change up which classes before you decide. Unless you can already lift heavier than what OTF has, some studios have limited weights.

    @blindfaith101 Try focusing more on weight lifting and less on the cardio since you are already skinny- more muscle, less body fat

    @freds I recommend getting a blood test with your doc. You could be lower in other stuff. Getting whatever you are deficient in up to normal will help :)

    @freds I do bloat and have some weight flux but taking the correct supplements has helped me a lot with fatigue and bad cramps. I specifically am low in D, B, Magnesium and Iron. If I am good about taking them regularly there is a big difference.

    Encouragement for B shaped belly

    @raisingarrowsmama I can relate! I am 4’11’’ 116, still have my B shape. Had it at my smallest in high school 20 years ago at 95lbs. I’ve been working out my arms and shoulders more to balance out my wider hips and B belly. I also look for clothes with shoulder/collar detail to draw the eye...
