You're working conditioning and skills in the pushjerk programming and you're hitting strength with wendler 531 and then also adding in oly lifting with that.     @wangs The open isn't always about getting the best workout possible it's about pushing yourself to do something challenging. Most days it would be better for your training to scale this workout and get a nice 14 minute workout while developing some skill work. But in the open go for broke...

    Vellner does 100 Burpee Box Jump Overs in 5:37

    @anthony8 As seen in other comments - it's a box jump over, not a box jump. Extension on top of the box is not required and in fact you can just broad jump over the box without touching it if you want (although it's exhausting).
