    @groo101 Sorry, no pics or videos. After a being stuck at 3x8 pull-ups for a long time, I started adding a fourth set where I did wide pull-ups until failure. Two days ago, I finally managed to do my long time goal: 3x10 pull-ups!

    @donevemar Congrats! It seems both of us managed to hit the same goal this week! I was also stuck at 3x8, but I did it the other way around - I didn't deload, I added a fourth set. And two days ago - boom! 3x10!

    @theinformant If you do it like that, you don't need pairs - just do the six exercises one after other. Doing it like that requires more resting time between sets, and more total time for the whole workout. The idea behind the pairs is to reduce resting time and keep the total time as short...

    @lerubi That is correct. (See the notes below the strength work table) Take notice that you should also skip the first pair if you can't do horizontal rows (for pull-ups) and diamond push-ups (for parallel dips). More info about this routine here.
