Mark Rippetoe thinks putting women in concentration camps is an "interesting take"

@rafael_ They think we have inflated egos because we don't put up with their inflated egos, that's the hilarious irony!

Mark Rippetoe thinks putting women in concentration camps is an "interesting take"

@eslombe And that apparently the "water is muddied" because he knows "women who would agree". About beating women. Yeah. Mark is one hundred percent in the wrong here, and I'm not easily on the outrage train. This pisses me off though.

What can I do when I’m young to keep healthy when I’m older?

@ricardofarris Yeah wtf with OP's comment on a fitness sub. No one has to be more sedentary just by virtue of their age. Of course aging is inevitable but there is a lot we can do to stay healthy and mobile.

Mark Rippetoe thinks putting women in concentration camps is an "interesting take"

@brianhex Okay, so the guy is advocating beating women (he made that clear) and Mark thinks that's "interesting" and he "knows women who would agree" which "muddies the water" that WOMEN SHOULD BE FUCKING BEATEN INTO SUBMISSION?! What in the actual fuck.

I’ve lost 80 lbs, and started resistance training about 3 months ago. The difference since beginning to lift weights astounds me!

@earthboundmisfit929 I can do curls with twenty pounds but only like three with decent form. It is no joke!

Not sure whether to continue cutting, stay at maintenance, or eat at a surplus (progress photos)

@imalamb A maintenance break for a couple of weeks to a month might benefit you mentally and energy-wise, but you will need to get back to cutting to see the muscle definition you're after. Great progress so far! You will start seeing a lot more muscle definition in the next ten pounds lost.
