    @stosa I honestly haven't been doing anything too special. I was doing 2 upper body, and 2 lower body workouts per week (~1hr/session) and just really trying to lift heavy and hot every muscle group 2x/ week in some way. I switched to 3 full body for 1.5hr sessions last week to try something new.
