    @jord1999 Why you trying to get dow. To 200 by Wednesday? All about how you feel , not The scale number , look great in both . If you feel like a savy savage at 220 then stay in beast mode bro !

    Just had surgery, can’t lift for 6-8 weeks

    @logann Ask your doc, resistance band , with very slow eccentric moves , really focus / squeezing the concentric . If u wanted to you could sit there and concentrate curling with no weight/ tri ext and flex and hold and you could get a pump. Dude used to do it at my old gym . That won't create...

    How much maintenance lifting is required to keep strength and size?

    @lhr If your aren't going forward , your going backwards. If you are cutting back on visits make sure when you do go that your intensity is on point and still try to progress whether that is doing more reps , shorter rest times , or higher weights on working sets .
