    IMO, the sub name has to be changed. 90% of the posts here are in the wrong sub

    @coma123 I was about to say the same thing, been here a few weeks and can probably count on one hand how many posts seem relevant. Majority of the posts just seem like questions that could basically create a "beginner home workouts" sub.

    @jdsenn How old are you? Progress and recovery are faster when you're younger, so you can push yourself harder. Also, weight plays a big factor, you don't weigh a ton. Also some people just progress at different paces, it happens. It's not always that people aren't being consistent, some...

    @unhingedflareon1111 It seems like a good routine to me as someone who also runs and does calisthenics. If you want to shift things up or get more intense the sub r/HybridAthlete is a good spot for you to look.
