    @jfrsmth It gets better pretty quickly. I'd suggest you just do short sessions, not letting it get too uncomfortable. You'll probably start to see a difference in a week, or at least in 2 weeks. (Of course everybody will be a little different.)

    @willy_b I like the idea of encouraging people to record videos. It could be for form check, or to inspire others, or just to share where we are; but I'm mostly interested in actually being able to see my progress. And it would be interesting to see other folks' progress.
