Thinking about a Double Kettlebell Deadlift Basket

@y0ung1996 In addition to the other suggestions here, you can pass a strap, rope, band or chain thru multiple KBs and a 6" long piece of 1.25" or 1.5" diameter pipe for cheap farmers carry handles. A carabineer makes this quick detach. Then you can deadlift and easily farmers carry 36kg in each...

    Exercises for double heavy KBs?

@aquariusprime Do some 2 handed cleans so that you'll be able to then unlock those 1 handed cleans and double cleans. Also explosive Kroc rows are like the push press of rows, very leg intensive. Also floor press and push press.

I need some suggestions on important stretches before kettlebell workouts. I’m a beginner

@travis2014 So a lot is gonna depend on your body. Some folks have shoulder issues or ankle issues, back issues, etc. Everyone is saying no static stretches to warm up but I find to loosen my lower back, I have do 2 static moves: sit in deep squat and dead hang from pull-up bar, often with knee...

I want to strict press 32kg

@hcwewvcw02 Tape some weight to the bottoms of your 20, preferably small weight plates. I went from pressing 24 to 32 by push pressing and single halfsnatching the 32

    Is it worthwhile upgrading?

@giddyg Me personally I'd rather strive to progress my strength training with the goal of working heavier weights rather than just piling up lots of conditioning volume and density. So if I had a 50lb/24kg that I strict press 4 reps on, I wouldn't personally go down in weight when buying a...

    Rate my routine?

@coterw Your program looks good and balanced. Depending on how much volume and intensity you put into each day, you may not be able to sustain 6 days a week though. Also you can deadlift multiple bells in each hand, or single leg deadlift, or deficit RDL, bodyweight towel deadlifts, banded KB...

    Pat Flynn’s Get Strong 10-5-3

@nj123 I never did it, but I want to now. The daily rotation is interesting. The weekly volume is waving a bit strange. I like to work heavier than what my cardio can emom 10 straight sets of 6, so I'd personally would want to loosen my time reqs given it's only 18 minutes long.

    Shiny Things

@drschools "I'm trying to figure out if I have commitment issues OR if I have actually found a way of training that I enjoy and keeps me more consistent." Probably both but consistently clocking in and putting in the work is the most important aspect. I enjoy some variety as long as I'm...
