    @jlchoa Dude, great Upper body. Your chest and shoulders are big, but have potential to blow up. Nothing wrong with your arms. Keep doing what you are doing.

    @mrbrain Agreed. Personally, I'm between 10-15, usually 10. But they are quality. Seen better gains from it over 30+.

    @cbrooks624 Huberman comes out with some life changing advice though. Mike doesn't. As a bodybuilder, Mike hasn't achieved a thing. He's a novice at best. Huberman is a bona-fide Rockstar in his realm. Mike isn't.

    Are those Hammer Strength chest machines worthwhile for hypertrophy?

    @dawn16 For me it's the best piece of equipment. The MMC I get from it, the pump I get from it, how safe it is compared to other options, and no spotter needed, and that stretch from it makes it an incredible piece of kit. It's my favourite and ideal way to hit the chest.

    @setst777 Isolation work. When I say that I mean exercises like the following... Single Arm Tricep Pulls. Cable Curls. (I genuinely don't do any other Bicep Curl other than either a Hammer Curl or EZ Bar Curl. Barbell Curls & Dumbbell Curls, for me, are garbage. I get the best MMC that I've...

    Will lack of core training hold me back?

    @pinetowntree Got any tips/ideas for someone (me) who wants to incorporate Ab work into their routine? I train my Core with Overhead Carries, Pallof Presses & Offset Carries, but I'd like to do some direct Ab work that doesn't include grip work/holding weights.
