    @fishbowl3 It's all water weight. At most 1/2-1 lb is fat. If she was getting a dexa scan done I believe she would get a better BF% from after than before as dexa takes in water as muscle.

    @calledoutone Costco has them cheap. I get 6 cans for 9 dollars. A can is bigger though. I think 45g protein.

    @armmot This is why I eat canned salmon only. Eating fresh fish is a better option but costs more though. If you want pure protein sardines is really good.

    @ruky Found this Put your stats in and got a range of 83-102lbs as the average range for lean body mass for someone of your height. Link doesn't seem to have sources so i'm unsure of where this formula comes from exactly and not going to bother tracking it down. Otherwise can't really find...

    I am horribly asymmetrical

    @burks_patrick Pick a weight and when you can't do the reps on the weak side stop. Your weak side will see more gains than the stronger side. This is the safest way to do it. lifting with different weights can be awkward.
